Western Reserve Public Media Honors Veterans With Special Programming

Programming lineup includes two new local productions

Kent, Ohio — Oct. 22, 2019 — In recognition of Veterans Day on Monday, Nov. 11, Western Reserve Public Media presents related programming throughout the month on Western Reserve PBS (WNEO 45.1 / WEAO 49.1) and Fusion (WNEO 45.2 / WEAO 49.2).

Two of the programs are local productions: VETERANS OF AMERICA—OUR HEROES IN UNIFORM: OUT OF OUR BRAINS, NOT OUT OF OUR MINDS, produced by Ron Ponder of Canton, and MEMOIRS OF WWII, a short film series that is the work of Joshua and Heather Scott, based in North Canton.

Shows that are airing for the first time are marked with an asterisk.
