Meet-and-Greet Nature Cat!

“Splish! Splash Read!” during the eleventh annual Children’s Book Festival at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek MetroParks. Western Reserve PBS, the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, Mill Creek MetroParks and Altrusa Club of Youngstown present an event that brings together authors, illustrators, book characters, storytellers and hands-on activities for children to promote literacy in the Mahoning Valley. Bring your camera and come to the Western Reserve PBS booth for a meet-and-greet with Nature Cat! For more information, call Mill Creek MetroParks at 330-740-7116.

Sign language interpreting available. Due to limited space, strollers are not permitted in the Davis Center during the event. Stroller parking available.

Ohio Turnpike to exit 218; travel east on I-80 to Youngstown; follow I-680 to Belle Vista Ave. (exit 3B); travel south to Mahoning Ave.; turn left and continue to McKinley Ave.; turn right and follow to Gardens.

From Pittsburgh
Ohio Turnpike to exit 234; I-680 north to Youngstown; exit Glenwood/Mahoning Ave.; at stop sign turn right onto Edwards St; at traffic light turn left onto Mahoning Ave.; travel 1/2 mile to McKinley Ave.; turn left and follow to Gardens.
