How do I sign up for Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect?
Western Reserve PBS members are pre-registered and only need to activate the Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect benefits using these easy steps:
Click “Activate your account now” on the top of the home page: http://westernreservepbs.publicmediabenefits.com.
On the Activation page, enter your activation code (provided by Western Reserve PBS), choose a username and password, and then fill out the remaining required profile fields. You can even select your interests and communication preferences so we can share the offers and discounts that interest you most.
Click Activate and you’re done!

I am a member of Western Reserve PBS. How do I locate my activation code?
Activation codes are now sent to Western Reserve PBS members by email. If you cannot locate your activation code, please call Western Reserve PBS Member Services at 800-554-4549 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.).
I entered my activation code, but I could not access my account. What should I do?
Your Western Reserve PBS membership may not have been updated yet with Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect. Please call the Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect at 1-855-759-9445.
I previously activated my Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect account, but I cannot log in using my username/password. What should I do?

How do I use the PerksConnect app for my iPhone or Android phone?
On your mobile device, visit the iPhone or Android app store, search for PerksConnect and download our app. You must activate your account on the main site first. Then, simply enter the username and password you have chosen during activation into the app and start enjoying benefits on the go.
I just became a Western Reserve PBS member. How soon can I start using my Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect benefit?
Within three business days of becoming a Western Reserve PBS member, you may call Western Reserve PBS Member Services at 800-554-4549 to get your activation code. Visit http://westernreservepbs.publicmediabenefits.com and enter your code to access discounts and special offers online. You can also print your own PerksConnect card using the Printable Card button on the home page, or download the PerksConnect app for your iPhone or Android phone to begin saving. (Western Reserve PBS does not send a physical MemberCard.)
I received a notice on the Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect website that my membership has expired and I cannot use my benefit. What should I do?

Can I get additional PerksConnect logins for other members of my household?
Yes! Any family member who is listed on your Western Reserve PBS membership can call Western Reserve PBS Member Services at 800-554-4549 and receive an activation code. They can then set up their own unique profile at http://westernreservepbs.publicmediabenefits.com. Once activated, they can print a PerksConnect card and download the PerksConnect app for their mobile device. If you need to add a family member to your Western Reserve PBS membership, please call the Western Reserve PBS Member Services at 800-554-4549 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.).

What types of discounts does Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect offer?
We’ve combined all of your favorite local Western Reserve PBS discounts with the national savings power of PerksConnect to give you thousands of local and national discounts, as well as discounted gift cards and special daily deals.
How do I find businesses in my area that offer discounts through Western Reserve PBS PerksConnect?
After activating your account, log in to http://westernreservepbs.publicmediabenefits.com. In the “Search for Local Discounts” box, enter your zip code, address, or city and state, and click on "Search Discounts." From the list of results, click on any merchant name to view offer details. Search additional offers from national brands using the tabs listed across the top of the website.
Can I show my PerksConnect phone app and get the discount?
In most cases with local businesses, the answer is YES. However, some of the PerksConnect Featured Partners require a promotional code, online purchase, or use of a toll free number to purchase the item or service at a discounted rate. Do you take requests for merchants?
Yes! If you would like to see a certain type of merchant or service, please click on the Contact button on the bottom of the home page, http://westernreservepbs.publicmediabenefits.com, and put the suggestion in the message field. When recommending a merchant, please provide as much detail as possible (name, location, phone number, contact person, etc.).

Why are my search results different between the mobile app and online?
The online search function is more comprehensive. It includes deals that can be printed and redeemed at merchants (show and save offers), as well as discounted gift card offers that can be ordered ahead of time. The mobile app search only includes offers that can be “shown” on your device to the merchant at the time of use. Mobile search results are limited to a maximum of 50 offers based on the user’s location or a specific zip code. All mobile results can be filtered by category and flagged as favorites for easy future access.
