SmartBoard BootCamp — Technology Summer Camp  

Dates: Tuesday, June 15, 2010 - Thursday, June 17, 2010

Time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Cost: $200.00 per participant includes a light breakfast and lunch. (Graduate Credit at an additional $150.00 per participant). Participants must register for graduate credit at the first class and must attend all classes to receive credit.

This three day session will focus on the new, intermediate and advanced user of SmartBoard interactive whiteboards. Bring your lessons, learn about new tips and tricks with the Notebook 10 software as well as being able to "play" with the latest in document cameras, wireless slates and student response systems. Be All That You Can Be when it comes to being a SmartBoard teacher! One hour of Kent State University graduate credit is available for an additional $150.00. Learn how to create and store digital content for you and your students. Learn how to take better digital photos but also how to create online digital collections. Creating and audio and video podcast has never been easier. Learn how to create and store this digital content for student use. Best yet, the day will be spent on several locations across the region that offer the ability to gather excellent resources that will allow you the opportunity to create projects that you can take right into your classroom.
