Joel Harper’s Firming After 50

Certified personal trainer, Joel Harper leads a complete body workout targeted at viewers aged 50 plus in this new special, Joel Harper’s Firming After 50. The program includes a complete upper body and lower body workout with no equipment required. Each segment includes three levels of modified workouts depending on a your fitness level. Joel Harper leads with the advanced position, Harper’s 73 year old mother demonstrates for the beginner and a 40 plus year old woman follows along at the intermediate level.

Dr. Michael Roizen intros the program and sticks with viewers throughout the workout to identify various health benefits resulting from exercising and firming. Some of Dr. Roizen’s physical activity tips include: making your thoughts 8 years faster, preventing and relieving depression, decreasing the risk of colon cancer and lowering blood pressure, inflammation and blood sugar.

Whether you are a novice or want to take your workout to the next level, this easy–to–follow workout program is perfect for all fitness levels and ages. Whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced, Joel shows viewers modified levels of stretches and exercises that will help tone and firm every muscle in the body including those thighs, arms and tummy areas. Each workout has a displayed countdown to encourage viewers that the end is near. Joel Harper’s Firming After 50 will give you a complete body workout, leave you feeling energized, and improve your balance and posture.
